Ask the client:

  • Are you currently sleeping outside, in a vehicle, or in an unsafe environment?

  • Do you have any children or dependents with you?

  • Are there any medical conditions or safety risks?

  • Do you have any documents (ID, eviction notice, income proof)?

  • Connect to local homeless shelters, rapid rehousing, or HUD-funded programs.

  • Use Arkansas 211 or contact:

  1. Assign the client to an agent within 1 business day.
