My application was denied. What do I do now?
Though we offer a high rate of being approved, there are some situations that we don't prepare for. So we encourage all applicants to be completely honest on applications so that we can foresee most issues, in some cases, there are unique situations that are not common. We apologize for any inconvenience and will submit another application for you to as many properties as you would like at the total cost of your retainer fee. If for some reason we are unable to get you approved after this, you will then receive your retainer fee back as a refund.
Also in a lot of cases, if you reach out to your agent directly, they may have more solutions for you.
